Our awesome chef, Chef Dot, has been with us since our doors first opened in 2013! He still curates our menu weekly, creating new and innovative sushi creations that keep our Pensacola friends coming back for more.
Our rolls are intimate and meticulously-crafted to optimize the perfect balance between flavor and presentation.

Not sure what to get? We have a diverse menu of starters, with favorites like Krab Rangoons, Banh Mi Sliders, dumplings and spring rolls. If you’re feeling a salad tonight, our Sesame Chicken Salad and Seared Ahi Tuna Salad are refreshing and flavorful.
We have local favorites, like Panang Curry, Wagyu Sirloin and House Ramen.
